The Email Subscribers report allows you to send an email to all of the current subscribers. This allows Site Administrators to send a universal email to all subscription members.
Email Subscription Options
•Validated – Allows the user to choose if the emails created should be only sent to valid users or not or if that should be ignored.
•Enabled – Allows the user to choose if the emails created should be only sent to enabled users or not or if that should be ignored.
•Sent out in – Allows the user to limit how many messages are sent at one time
•Design - The design mode allows users to edit the text.
•HTML - The HTML mode allows users to edit the HTML code. As the user formats text, the Path: section to the right will show which HTML tags the current text is embedded in.
•Preview - The preview mode shows how the sent email will appear.
•Add Disclaimer - This adds an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Users can edit this text using the Notifications_UnsubscribeBlurb translation. (See Translations.)
•Send Preview - Users can send a test email to view it in a mail client before sending out the actual email.
